Also known as a form of emotional regulation, Biofeedback is a type of therapy that can be done manually or utilize sensors attached to your body to measure key body functions. Biofeedback is intended to help you learn more about how your body's nervous system works and how it responds to trauma, stress, or other mental stimulation.

 In education, the term authentic learning refers to a wide variety of educational and instructional techniques focused on connecting what students are taught in school to real-world issues, problems, and applications.  We apply this to mental health techniques as well to make the healing process relevant on an individual perspective that allows you to fully understand the healing and learning process.

 Neuroplasticity, also known as neural plasticity, or brain plasticity, is the ability of neural networks in the brain to change through growth and reorganization. We utilize art and music to tap into your brain's creativity centers to learn new skills.

Absolutely not. We highly encourage all clients to be in control of their individualized treatment plans. You get to decide which services work best for you.

We offer multiple options for payment including applying for grants from Everton's Corp and sliding scale payment plans.

Our student success program is a hybrid program, offered by Everton's Corp designed to simultaneously treat a client's mental health and educational needs at the same time. It is designed to improve performance in school or work and reduce negative interactions and experiences to change, stress, other traumas that interfere with individual growth and healing.

Reiki is just starting to be recognized by insurance companies. While not many are covering Reiki treatments, some are. Check with your local insurance company for details on covered services. 

 Although Reiki energy is spiritual in nature, Reiki is not a religion. Practitioners are not asked to change any religious or spiritual beliefs they may have. They are free to continue believing anything they choose and are encouraged to make their own decisions concerning the nature of their religious practices. 

 No. Reiki works in conjunction with regular medical or psychological treatment. If one has a medical or psychological condition, it is recommended that one see a licensed health care professional in addition to receiving Reiki treatments. Reiki energy works in harmony with all other forms of healing, including drugs, surgery, psychological care or any other method of alternative care and will improve the results.
